The 532nm plano beam splitter (output coupler) is specially designed for high-power Nd:YAG second-harmonic laser systems to stably couple out part of the intracavity energy. It features a high-precision optical substrate with an ion beam sputtered (IBS) multilayer dielectric coating, offering extremely low absorption and scattering losses. Typical reflectivity is R=90% and transmittance T=10%, customizable upon request. The mirror ensures excellent optical performance under high-power conditions, with surface flatness better than λ/10@633nm, surface quality 20-10 S/D, and a laser damage threshold (LIDT) > 0.3J/cm²@532nm (10ns). Designed for normal incidence, it guarantees high wavefront accuracy and stable output power.

It is an ideal component for achieving stable energy output and superior beam quality in high-power laser resonators.Precautions:To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to store and use the mirror in an environment of 25 °C with 40%–60% relative humidity. If the surface becomes contaminated, gently wipe it with 99% or higher isopropyl alcohol and lint-free optical tissue. Avoid using rough cloths, water, or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the coating.
