The LBTEK Scanning Fabry–Perot Interferometer (SFPI) offers four optical coating options covering the 350–2000 nm wavelength range. It provides a 1.5 GHz free spectral range and a minimum finesse of 200. The internal mirrors feature reflectivities above 99%, significantly enhancing the SFPI’s resolution and sensitivity, achieving performance far superior to conventional spectrometers.
The scanning range can be finely tuned, allowing flexible application in various high-resolution spectral analysis scenarios. The mechanical housing includes M4 threaded holes for direct post mounting, or it can be attached to 2-inch adjustable mounts as shown in the right figure.
A compatible driver module is available separately for optional purchase.
