The LBTEK Flue Gas Analysis Cell is designed for environmental protection and industrial online gas analysis applications. When paired with an LBTEK fiber-optic spectrometer, it forms a compact gas analyzer capable of measuring concentrations of gases such as SO₂, NO, NO₂, O₂, NH₃, Cl₂, O₃, and H₂S.
Constructed from brass, the cell maintains excellent stability even under elevated temperatures, making it ideal for high-temperature flue gas monitoring. Both ends are equipped with LB74UV fiber collimation lenses featuring standard SMA905 interfaces, allowing direct coupling to the light source and detector.
Two gas inlet/outlet ports are positioned at the top ends of the cell (non-directional). The port inner and outer diameters are 3 mm and 5 mm, respectively, and are compatible with PTFE tubing (ID 4 mm / OD 5 mm). For maintenance, if liquid enters the chamber during operation, the bottom drain plug can be loosened to discharge residuals after testing.
