The LBTEK Cuvette Holder can be combined with cuvettes or test tubes to form a compact spectrophotometric system when connected via optical fibers to a light source and spectrometer. It enables absolute absorbance and fluorescence spectroscopy measurements of aqueous solutions.
Both ends of the holder are equipped with LB74UV fiber collimation lenses, compatible with SMA905 fiber connectors — one side for the illumination fiber input from the light source, and the other for the reading fiber connection to the spectrometer or other measurement instruments. The collimation lenses can be finely adjusted to align the fiber end face at the focal point, ensuring precise compatibility with 1 cm path length cuvettes.
