The LBTEK Reflection Spectroscopy System provides multiple configurations for solid, powder, and rough surface reflectance measurements.
SA-RMS-1: Built around an integrating sphere, this setup directs collimated light into the sphere where it undergoes multiple diffuse reflections before emerging uniformly from the output port. It is ideal for measuring the optical reflectance of materials with strong diffuse scattering properties.
SA-RMS-2: Based on a diffuse reflection fiber probe, the light source is coupled into the angled interface via optical fiber. A fiber collimation lens converts divergent light into a parallel beam to illuminate the sample. Reflected or emitted light from the sample is collected through another fiber channel, enabling both diffuse reflectance and fluorescence spectrum measurements of solid surfaces.
SA-RMS-3: Built around a reflection measurement holder, this configuration uses a Y-type reflection fiber with TA interface, allowing adjustable incident and collection angles. It is suitable for scenarios requiring multi-angle or non-fixed-angle reflectance measurements.
