LBTEK offers three categories of digital oscilloscopes: high-precision, super phosphor, and mixed-signal models. The high-precision oscilloscopes feature 12-bit vertical resolution and up to 200 Mpts/CH memory depth, with excellent noise performance and vertical accuracy to meet demanding measurement requirements. The super phosphor oscilloscopes adopt next-generation SPO technology, capable of displaying long-term signal variations through multi-level intensity grading or color mapping, with 8-bit vertical resolution and up to 250 Mpts/CH memory depth. The mixed-signal oscilloscopes provide selectable 8-bit or 10-bit vertical resolution, a maximum waveform capture rate of 120,000 wfms/s in normal mode, memory depth up to 200 Mpts/CH, and dual- or four-channel options. All models are equipped with a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen supporting gesture-based waveform control, as well as external mouse and keyboard operation. With built-in ebServer, users can conveniently operate the instruments remotely through a web browser.
The LBTEK SDS5000X series super phosphor mixed-signal oscilloscopes feature a maximum bandwidth of 1 GHz, a sampling rate up to 5 GSa/s, up to four analog channels, and 16 optional digital channels, with memory depth reaching 250 Mpts per channel. With SPO technology, they achieve a waveform capture rate of up to 500,000 wfms/s, 256-level intensity grading, and color temperature display. The innovative digital trigger system delivers high sensitivity and low jitter, supporting a wide range of intelligent triggers, serial bus triggering, and decoding. Advanced acquisition and analysis modes include History, Sequence, enhanced resolution (ERES), mask test, search, and navigation. The series also provides comprehensive measurement and mathematical functions. Equipped with a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen, the instruments support intuitive multi-gesture waveform control as well as external mouse and keyboard operation. A built-in ebServer allows browser-based instrument control, enabling convenient remote operation.
