LBTEK offers double-threaded, standard non-magnetic solid aluminum breadboards, ideal for building compact optical systems. The surface is black anodized to minimize reflections and reduce interference with optical setups. The number of M6 threaded holes is twice that of a standard optical breadboard, providing greater flexibility for component mounting. For LBTEK optical breadboards longer than 300 mm, there are five countersunk mounting holes: four are located at the corners, 25 mm from the edges, and one is positioned at the center. These countersunk holes can be used to install vibration-isolating rubber feet or other mounting bases, or to mount the breadboard securely onto an optical table. When the breadboard bears a heavy central load, adding an additional mounting base at the central countersunk hole enhances surface rigidity and minimizes deformation.
LBTEK breadboards are manufactured to national precision-grade standards and feature a black anodized surface to minimize reflections and reduce interference with optical systems. The surface is equipped with a standard M6 threaded through-hole array with 12.5 mm spacing. For LBTEK optical breadboards longer than 300 mm, five countersunk mounting holes are provided. When the breadboard is subjected to heavy loads at the center, adding a mounting base at the central countersunk hole helps maintain surface rigidity and reduces deformation.
