LBTEK’s 316L stainless steel solid breadboard is surface-treated with sandblasting and passivation, making it suitable for building compact optical systems. The breadboard has a thickness of 12.7 mm and features a standard M6 threaded through-hole array and countersunk holes. Four countersunk holes are located at the corners, 25 mm from the edges, allowing the breadboard to be securely mounted to an optical table surface. The M6 threaded holes have a 25 mm spacing and are positioned 12.5 mm from the breadboard edge. This stainless steel breadboard is specially processed and can be used directly in 10⁻⁶ Torr or even lower vacuum environments once unpacked in a cleanroom. Operators should wear gloves when handling the breadboard to prevent contamination of the surface with skin oils.
