LBTEK offers standard non-magnetic solid aluminum breadboards, ideal for building compact optical systems. The surface is black anodized to minimize reflections and reduce interference with optical setups. The breadboard features a standard M6 threaded through-hole array with 25 mm spacing, allowing components to be mounted from both sides. For LBTEK optical breadboards longer than 300 mm, there are five countersunk mounting holes: four are positioned at the corners, 25 mm from the edges, and one is located at the center. These countersunk holes can be used to install vibration-isolating rubber feet or other mounting bases, or to securely fix the breadboard to an optical table. When the breadboard bears a heavy load at the center, adding an additional mounting base to the central countersunk hole enhances surface rigidity and minimizes deformation.
LBTEK breadboards are manufactured to national precision-grade standards and feature a black anodized surface to minimize reflections and reduce interference with optical systems. The surface is equipped with a standard M6 threaded through-hole array with 25 mm spacing. Each breadboard includes a central through-hole, which can be used for laser beam transmission, cable management, or integration into imaging systems. Four countersunk mounting holes are also provided for secure installation.
