LBTEK offers standard non-magnetic solid aluminum breadboards, ideal for building compact optical systems. The surface is black anodized to minimize reflections and reduce interference with optical setups. The breadboard features a standard M6 threaded through-hole array with 25 mm spacing, allowing components to be mounted from both sides. For LBTEK optical breadboards longer than 300 mm, there are five countersunk mounting holes: four are positioned at the corners, 25 mm from the edges, and one is located at the center. These countersunk holes can be used to install vibration-isolating rubber feet or other mounting bases, or to securely fix the breadboard to an optical table. When the breadboard bears a heavy load at the center, adding an additional mounting base to the central countersunk hole enhances surface rigidity and minimizes deformation.
LBTEK breadboards are manufactured to national precision-grade standards and feature a black anodized surface to minimize reflections and reduce interference with optical systems. The surface is equipped with a standard M6 threaded through-hole array with 25 mm spacing. For LBTEK optical breadboards longer than 300 mm, five countersunk mounting holes are provided. When the breadboard is subjected to heavy loads at the center, adding a mounting base at the central countersunk hole enhances surface rigidity and minimizes deformation.
