LBTEK precision pinholes are suitable for applications in optical alignment, beam adjustment, and imaging. They feature a Ø25.4 mm aluminum housing and can be mounted in Ø25.4 mm holders. In spatial filtering systems, the pinholes themselves are extremely thin and may be easily damaged under high-power conditions. It is recommended to complete alignment under low-power conditions before switching to high-power use. Due to the thinness of the metal sheet, slight edge deformation may occur on some pinholes, but this does not affect their function or performance.
LBTEK stainless-steel precision pinholes are available with diameters ranging from Ø2 μm to Ø2000 μm. The stainless-steel pinhole sheets are uncoated and mounted in a Ø25.4 mm aluminum housing, allowing easy installation into Ø25.4 mm mounts. During the manufacturing process, slight marks may appear on the metal sheet; these are normal machining residues and do not affect functionality.
Note: The pinhole metal sheet is very thin, and minor edge deformation may occur in some products. However, this does not affect the pinhole’s function or usability.
