Square recesses hold beamsplitter cubes securely
LBTEK beamsplitter cube adapters can accept light from any side, with a clear aperture greater than 80% of the entire area. The adapter consists of two parts, each with a precisely sized square recess lined with flocking material to hold the beamsplitter cube. The cube is clamped between the two parts to form a 25.4 mm cube assembly, which can then be mounted into the 30 mm coaxial beamsplitter cube mount CM-3.
