LBTEK cage system mounts are compatible with 30 mm cage systems and are designed for mounting and aligning mirrors within the system. Two mounting options are available: dual retaining ring mounting (AMC-1A, TXY1SM1) and setscrew mounting (AMC-1B). AMC-1A and TXY1SM1 feature SM1-threaded through holes and include two SM1R retaining rings, suitable for mounting Ø25.4 mm optics. The SM1 thread is compatible with all LBTEK mechanical components with SM1 threading. AMC-1B has a Ø25.4 mm smooth-bore hole and secures optics using an M4 setscrew (compatible with a 2 mm hex key), supporting optics with a minimum thickness of 3 mm. The rear panel of the mount includes four Ø6 mm through-holes for 30 mm cage system rods and side M3 or M4 setscrews for rod locking. Three M6×0.25 adjusters provide precise tip/tilt adjustment with a resolution of 0.32°/rev and allow for up to ±3 mm of linear travel. The uniquely designed adjustment knobs provide higher torque and can also be operated or tightened with a 2 mm hex key. The rear panel also includes an M4-threaded hole for direct optical post mounting.
The B-type 30 mm cage system mirror mount features a Ø25.4 mm smooth-bore hole and secures optics using an M4 setscrew (compatible with a 2 mm hex key). It is suitable for Ø25.4 mm optics with a minimum thickness of 3 mm. The rear panel includes four Ø6 mm through-holes for 30 mm cage system rods and M3 side setscrews for rod locking. Three M6×0.25 adjusters provide precise tip/tilt adjustment with a resolution of 0.32°/rev and support a maximum ±3 mm linear adjustment range. The uniquely designed knobs deliver higher torque and can also be operated or secured with a 2 mm hex key. The rear panel additionally features an M4-threaded hole for direct optical post mounting.
