Designed for mounting Ø25.4 mm or Ø50.8 mm optics. Provides XY travel ranges of ±1 mm, ±2 mm, or ±3 mm, with an adjustment resolution of 0.25 mm/rev. Model STXY1-S features micrometer head drive with a fine resolution of 10 μm/div. The stage is available with SM1 or SM2 internal threads and includes SM1R or SM2R retaining rings. Compatible with both 30 mm and 60 mm cage systems. For the 30 mm cage system, a version with a magnetic quick-release plate is available, enabling rapid removal of optics within the cage system.
The magnetic quick-release translation stage consists of two parts: an XY translation stage and a magnetic quick-release plate. When used as a standalone XY translation stage, it functions identically to models TXY1 and TXY1S. When paired with the magnetic cage quick-release plate, the included SM1R retaining ring allows mounting of optics up to 5 mm thick with Ø25.4 mm diameter into the SM1-threaded bore of the quick-release plate, enabling fast removal of optics within the cage system. The stage base features laser-engraved vertical and horizontal scale markings to assist in aligning the quick-release plate. Both components also have laser-engraved reference marks to indicate the correct mounting orientation of the quick-release plate. The side of the quick-release plate includes a blank area for labeling the mounted optic in TXY1QF, allowing users to differentiate optics when using multiple quick-release plates. Additional quick-release plates are available for separate purchase.
