LBTEK offers a wide range of coaxial mounting plates designed for mounting Ø25.4 mm optical components, lens tubes, or collimated LED light sources. Both rectangular and round shapes are available. The round version can be mounted into mechanical parts with SM2 internal threads or Ø50.8 mm clear apertures, featuring a central SM1-threaded through hole. The rectangular version can be directly inserted into the coaxial system, with three thickness options of 4 mm, 9 mm, and 12.5 mm. Center options include SM05, SM1, and RMS threads or Ø25.4 mm, 30.5 mm, and 32 mm clear apertures. All coaxial plates come with four coaxial rod through-holes compatible with the 30 mm coaxial system, allowing free sliding along the rods. Each through-hole is equipped with an M3 or M4 locking screw, which can be tightened using a 1.5 mm or 2 mm hex key.
LBTEK 30 mm Coaxial Mounting Plates are designed for mounting Ø25.4 mm optical components. The OPM-12.5 and OPM-12.5S feature a clear aperture mounting hole secured by a top setscrew, while the OPM-12.5A and OPM-12.5AS include an SM1-threaded mounting hole with a locating shoulder and come with one SM1R retaining ring. The OPM-12.5BS provides a central SM1-threaded through hole with two SM1R retaining rings. All models have an M4 threaded hole at the bottom for rod connection, and each coaxial rod through-hole is equipped with two side locking screws that can be tightened with a 1.5 mm hex key.
