The LBTEK 16 mm Sliding Coaxial Plate provides coarse X/Y positioning for optical components in a 16 mm coaxial system. It consists of a fixed plate and a movable plate.
The movable plate features a central SM05-threaded hole that allows mounting of Ø12.7 mm optics (up to 2.5 mm thick) using two SM05R retaining rings (sold separately), or attaching SM05-threaded optomechanical components such as lens tubes.
The plate offers ±1.0 mm manual travel along both X and Y axes. Adjustment is performed by loosening two M3 pan-head screws with a 2.0 mm hex key, manually sliding the movable plate to the desired position, and then tightening the screws to lock it in place. The side of the plate includes an M3 threaded hole for securing a coaxial rod. When used with the CT-05 alignment plate, concentricity can be fine-tuned.
