The LBTEK 30 mm Coaxial Rotation Plate consists of two coaxial plates: one is fixed in free space or in a 30 mm coaxial system, and the other allows connected coaxial components to rotate 360°. When rotating a middle coaxial segment, installation should follow the configuration shown in the diagram.
Each plate features four coaxial blind holes on the side, which prevent coaxial rods from passing through. Coaxial rods are fixed in place using M4 setscrews. The fixed plate has a central SM1-threaded through-hole for mounting Ø25.4 mm optics up to 21 mm thick using two included SM1R retaining rings. The bottom has an M4 threaded mounting hole for connection to optical posts.
The rotation plate and the SM1-threaded center are independent, ensuring that rotation does not disturb the mounted optic. The plate is engraved with 2° graduations for manual positioning, and once adjusted, can be locked using a flexure locking mechanism. All adjustments are made with a 2 mm hex key.
