The LBTEK optical rotation mount combines the functionality of an optical mount and a manual rotation mount. It provides ±3° or ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment, as well as continuous 360° rotation with 2° graduation accuracy. Both the adjuster position and the rotation of the mount can be independently locked using dedicated set screws. This precision optical rotation mount is ideal for holding and rotating optically asymmetric components such as polarization optics or cylindrical lenses. The base is equipped with either M4-threaded or M4 countersunk holes, allowing left- or right-handed installation of the optical component.
The LBTEK optical rotation mount is commonly used in applications requiring precise angular positioning and rotation of optical components. It features a central SM1-threaded hole that accommodates Ø25.4 mm optics up to 9.4 mm thick, secured with the included SM1R retaining ring. SM1 lens tubes can also be threaded into the mount to hold thicker optical elements. The mount is equipped with three precision M6 adjuster screws, each with an M4 locking screw on the side that can be secured with a 2.0 mm hex key. The 360° rotation of the mount can be independently locked using an additional M4 locking screw, also adjustable with a 2.0 mm hex key. Each LBTEK optical rotation mount comes with one 2.0 mm hex key included.
