The LBTEK optical rotation mount combines the functionality of an optical mount and a manual rotation mount. It provides ±3° or ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment, as well as continuous 360° rotation with 2° graduation accuracy. Both the adjuster position and the rotation of the mount can be independently locked using dedicated set screws. This precision optical rotation mount is ideal for holding and rotating optically asymmetric components such as polarization optics or cylindrical lenses. The base is equipped with either M4-threaded or M4 countersunk holes, allowing left- or right-handed installation of the optical component.
The LBTEK precision optical rotation mount features a central SM05-threaded hole, allowing Ø12.7 mm optical components up to 7.2 mm thick to be secured using the included SM05R retaining ring. Additionally, SM05 lens tubes can be threaded into the mount to hold thicker optics. The mount is equipped with two M5×0.25-25KL precision adjuster screws, each with an M3 locking screw that can be secured with a 1.5 mm hex key. Rotation of the mount can be locked using an M4 set screw, which is adjustable with a 2.0 mm hex key.
