LBTEK Laser Driver is specially designed for butterfly semiconductor laser diodes and can drive different butterfly packages with appropriate fixtures. The driver integrates both LD current driving and TEC temperature control, enabling simultaneous constant-current operation and temperature regulation.
The LD current output connector is a DB9 female connector, with maximum output current of 2000 mA and current resolution of 0.1 mA. The TEC temperature control output uses a DB15 female connector, with a temperature control range of 5–70 ℃. The high-performance TEC controller offers excellent temperature accuracy and stability, supporting both hardware and software PID auto-tuning as well as software PID parameter adjustment.
The driver supports external modulation with sine, square, and triangular signals, with a modulation bandwidth up to 100 kHz. LBTEK Laser Driver provides selectable constant-current and constant-power modes, and its touchscreen panel allows real-time monitoring of all key laser parameters.
