The LBTEK detachable filter mount is designed to hold a single Ø25.4 mm filter, or other Ø25.4 mm optical elements with a maximum thickness of 9 mm. It is suitable for both free-space setups and 30 mm cage systems. The dovetail quick-release design allows the optical element section to be detached independently, enabling fast replacement or removal of optics without extensive system disassembly during experiments. The mount also features a light-blocking design at the contact surfaces, using sealing materials to prevent light leakage at the joints.
The LBTEK multi-position detachable filter mount DFM-1B can hold up to three filters simultaneously and comes with three DFM-1A-A sliders, each designed to mount Ø25.4 mm optical elements with a maximum thickness of 9 mm. The sliders use a dovetail design for quick assembly and removal. The base includes an M4 threaded hole for connection to optical posts, while the main body is equipped with M3 threaded holes and a Ø6 mm through-hole for compatibility with 30 mm cage systems. All contact surfaces of the mount are designed with light-blocking seals to prevent light leakage. In addition, an O-ring is integrated at the end face, ensuring effective light blocking when two mounts are stacked together.
