The LBTEK filter holder is ideal for securing flat optical elements up to 2 mm thick within opto-mechanical assemblies, making it a perfect choice for mounting filters or test targets. The holder uses a spring clip to clamp the flat optical element. To install, loosen the clip screw, insert the element, and gently retighten the screw to secure it. The surface of the spring clip is coated with nylon to prevent damage to the optical element.
The LBTEK filter holders OT-CF1 and OT-CF2 are designed to securely clamp one or two flat optical elements, respectively. The clamping surfaces feature a nylon coating to protect the optics from damage. OT-CF1 can hold flat optical elements up to 2 mm thick, while OT-CF2 can mount either one element up to 2 mm thick on one side or two elements up to 1.5 mm thick on both sides. These holders are compatible with a wide range of flat optics, including filters and near-infrared detection cards. The base of the holder has a central M4 countersunk hole, allowing installation onto posts or optical tables using the included M4 socket head cap screw. In addition, the side of the holder has two M4 through holes, enabling multiple holders to be stacked together with M4 screws.
