The LBTEK Adjustable Tube Clamp Holder is commonly used for cylindrical objects such as lasers. The clamping diameter can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the hand screw, which is equipped with a soft tip to protect the outer surface of the cylinder from damage. The front and rear tube clamps secure the object with three-point contact, making it possible to hold even non-uniform cylinders. The base provides one-dimensional tilt adjustment within a ±3° range, allowing fine alignment of the laser output direction.
The LBTEK Laser Tube Clamp Holder is designed to hold lasers with diameters of 25 mm–65 mm. The base allows one-dimensional tilt adjustment within a ±3° range. Each clamp features three M4 mounting holes and five M6 hand-screw holes, enabling angled installation. The tube clamps can be repositioned on the base plate for flexible spacing or used individually as standalone clamps. The base plate includes multiple M4 and M6 threaded holes, with a central M6 countersunk hole, allowing independent use or secure mounting onto breadboards, bases, and other standard opto-mechanical components.
