The LBTEK V-Clamp Holders are commonly used for clamping cylindrical optical or mechanical components. The HM-V25 V-Clamp Holder can clamp cylinders with diameters from 3 mm to 25 mm by adjusting the height of the CA-1 small clamp arm and the extension length of the nylon-tipped screw. The HM-V50 V-Clamp Holder accommodates diameters from 10 mm to 50 mm with the CA-2 large clamp arm and can also be fitted with two clamp arms simultaneously to improve clamping stability. The HM-V76 V-Clamp Holder clamps cylinders with diameters from 12.5 mm to 76.5 mm by adjusting the clamp arm height and screw extension length. Additionally, for the HM-V25 and HM-V50 models, the clamp arm can be mounted on either side. The rear, side, and bottom surfaces of the V-block include M4 or M6 threaded holes for mounting on standard opto-mechanical components, while the HM-V76 model features M6 countersunk holes on the bottom and side surfaces for standard mounting.
The LBTEK Plate Clamp Holder HM-PB5 is designed for clamping rectangular optical or mechanical components. The clamping height can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the hex nut, with unlimited clamping length, width range of 0–58 mm, and height range of 0–65 mm. The U-slot design of the pressure plate allows the screw spacing to be freely adjusted according to the positions of the M6 threaded holes at the base. A spring-loaded knurled hex screw at the center of the pressure plate ensures the surface of the clamped component is not damaged. The base features M6 slot holes as well as M4 and M6 threaded holes, allowing secure installation onto breadboards, bases, and other standard opto-mechanical components.
