LBTEK Precision Optical Mount is commonly used for installing 0.5-inch, 1-inch, 1.5-inch, 2-inch, Ø11 mm cylindrical, and rectangular optical elements. It provides an angular adjustment range of ±4°. The base is equipped with either M4 threaded holes or countersunk holes for screws, allowing both left-handed and right-handed installation. Compared with LBTEK Standard O-Type 2D Optical Mounts, this series features lockable adjusters and a thicker back plate, enhancing stability. The mount achieves angle adjustment through three precision screw pairs, either M5×0.25 or M6×0.25, each with a locking function.
LBTEK Rectangular Precision Optical Mount secures optical elements by using adjustment screws that apply flexural deformation to a spring clip. It is commonly used for mounting 25.4 mm × 25.4 mm rectangular optical elements, supporting a minimum element thickness of 3.0 mm. The mount provides an angular adjustment range of ±4° and can be installed in either left-handed or right-handed orientation. The S-Type Precision Optical Mount achieves angle adjustment through three M6×0.25 precision screw pairs with a locking function. The mount is equipped with three M6×0.25-22KLB precision screw pairs, each with a flexure lock structure; the lock screws can be tightened with a 2.0 mm hex wrench to secure the adjusters. Each purchase of the LBTEK Rectangular Precision Optical Mount includes one 2.0 mm hex wrench and two M4 socket head cap screws.
