LBTEK Precision Optical Mount is commonly used for installing 0.5-inch, 1-inch, 1.5-inch, 2-inch, Ø11 mm cylindrical, and rectangular optical elements. It provides an angular adjustment range of ±4°. The base is equipped with either M4 threaded holes or countersunk holes for screws, allowing both left-handed and right-handed installation. Compared with LBTEK Standard O-Type 2D Optical Mounts, this series features lockable adjusters and a thicker back plate, enhancing stability. The mount achieves angle adjustment through three precision screw pairs, either M5×0.25 or M6×0.25, each with a locking function.
LBTEK B-Type Precision Optical Mount features a plain through-hole (no thread) and secures optical elements with nylon-tipped set screws. These mounts are knobless, making them especially suitable for use in compact spaces. The base is equipped with M4 threaded holes or countersunk holes for M4 screws, allowing connection to optical posts. All B-Type Precision Optical Mounts use nylon-tipped screws for securing optics, supporting minimum element thicknesses of 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm, and 4.0 mm depending on the model. Models AMM3-11BS, AMM3-05B, and AMM3-05BS include three M5×0.25-22KLB precision screw pairs, while models AMM3-1B, AMM3-1.5B, and AMM3-2B include three M6×0.25-22KLB precision screw pairs. All screw pairs feature threaded bushings with a flexure lock structure, and the lock screws can be tightened with a 2.0 mm hex wrench to secure the adjusters. Among them, models AMM3-11BS and AMM3-05BS are designed without adjustment knobs, making them ideal for confined setups. Each purchase of the LBTEK Precision Optical Mount includes one 2.0 mm hex wrench. For the 1-inch, 1.5-inch, and 2-inch series, two additional M4 socket head cap screws are also provided.
