LBTEK Precision Optical Mount is commonly used for installing 0.5-inch, 1-inch, 1.5-inch, 2-inch, Ø11 mm cylindrical, and rectangular optical elements. It provides an angular adjustment range of ±4°. The base is equipped with either M4 threaded holes or countersunk holes for screws, allowing both left-handed and right-handed installation. Compared with LBTEK Standard O-Type 2D Optical Mounts, this series features lockable adjusters and a thicker back plate, enhancing stability. The mount achieves angle adjustment through three precision screw pairs, either M5×0.25 or M6×0.25, each with a locking function.
LBTEK A-Type Precision Optical Mount features an internally threaded through-hole, where optical elements are secured using two retaining rings. The base is equipped with M4 threaded holes or countersunk holes for M4 screws, allowing left- or right-handed installation and connection to optical posts. All A-Type Precision Optical Mounts use dual retaining rings for securing the optics. The maximum supported optical element thicknesses are 3.8 mm for AMM3-05A, 4.0 mm for AMM3-1A, 6.5 mm for AMM3-1.5A, and 5.2 mm for AMM3-2A. Model AMM3-05A includes three M5×0.25-22KLB precision screw pairs, while models AMM3-1A, AMM3-1.5A, and AMM3-2A include three M6×0.25-22KLB precision screw pairs. All screw pairs feature threaded bushings with a flexure lock structure, and the lock screws can be tightened with a 2.0 mm hex wrench to secure the adjusters. Each purchase of the LBTEK Precision Optical Mount includes one 2.0 mm hex wrench. For the 1-inch, 1.5-inch, and 2-inch series, two additional M4 socket head cap screws are also provided.
