LBTEK Miniature Optical Mount is well-suited for integration into products as well as standalone use in laboratories. It employs ultra-hard spring steel springs to provide enhanced long-term stability. The mount is equipped with two M3×0.25 precision adjusters, offering an angular adjustment range of ±4°. A unique locking mechanism directly pressing against the adjustment screw ensures excellent long-term stability with minimal drift during the locking process. Sapphire pads are used as contact surfaces for the 440C stainless steel balls of the screw pair, reducing friction and ensuring durability.
LBTEK Compact Corner Mirror Mount positions the mirror center at the intersection of the XY axes of the pitch and yaw adjusters. This design not only provides a clearer beam path but also enables gimbal-like motion. Gimbal motion refers to simultaneously driving the pitch and yaw adjusters over corresponding distances, allowing the mirror to rotate about two virtual axes that intersect at the center of the optical system. The compact corner mount is only half the size of a conventional mirror mount, making it ideal for use in confined spaces. Model AMD-1A supports Ø12.7 mm optical elements, while model AMD-05A supports Ø25.4 mm optical elements. The base is equipped with countersunk holes for M4 screws, allowing secure installation.
