LBTEK Industrial-Grade Standard O-Type Optical Mount adopts a four-spring design to enhance structural stability and improve vibration resistance. The mount is equipped with two or three M6×0.25 precision adjusters, allowing ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment. Each adjuster is fitted with an anti-loosening locknut to provide axial locking for long-term stability. The base includes two M4 countersunk holes for secure installation.
LBTEK Standard 2-Axis O-Type Optical Mount is designed for Ø25.4 mm optical elements with an optical axis height of 25.4 mm. The base is equipped with countersunk holes for M4 screws, allowing secure installation. Model AMM-1BL secures optics using set screws, supporting a minimum element thickness of 3 mm. Model AMM-1BP employs dual clamping with set screws and an elastic retaining ring, where the set screws secure optics with a minimum thickness of 3 mm and the retaining ring clamps optics with a thickness of 6.5 mm. The mount features two M6×0.25 precision adjusters with locknuts, providing ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment at 0.4° per turn. The adjusters are knobless and can be operated with either a 2.0 mm hex wrench or the knob-handled hex wrench HWS-2. Each purchase of the LBTEK Standard O-Type Optical Mount includes one 2.0 mm hex wrench and two M4 socket head cap screws. Models AMMM-1BL and AMMM-1BP have short manufacturing lead times, supporting fast batch delivery. They use two springs with 0.65 mm wire diameter and two springs with 0.8 mm wire diameter, enhancing mount stability.
