LBTEK Industrial-Grade Standard O-Type Optical Mount adopts a four-spring design to enhance structural stability and improve vibration resistance. The mount is equipped with two or three M6×0.25 precision adjusters, allowing ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment. Each adjuster is fitted with an anti-loosening locknut to provide axial locking for long-term stability. The base includes two M4 countersunk holes for secure installation.
LBTEK Standard O-Type Optical Mount AMM3-1BP secures optical elements using dual clamping with set screws and an elastic retaining ring. The optical axis height is 25.4 mm, and the base is equipped with countersunk holes for M4 screws, allowing connection to optical posts. The mount supports Ø25.4 mm optical elements with a minimum thickness of 3.0 mm. It is equipped with three M6×0.25 precision adjusters, each lockable with a locknut, providing ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment at 0.41° per turn. The adjusters are knobless and can be adjusted using the supplied knob-handled hex wrench HWS-2. Each purchase of the LBTEK Standard O-Type Optical Mount includes one knob-handled hex wrench HWS-2 and two M4 socket head cap screws. The AMM3-1BP model features a short manufacturing lead time, enabling rapid batch delivery. It employs two springs with 0.65 mm wire diameter and two springs with 0.8 mm wire diameter, ensuring improved mount stability.
