LBTEK Standard O-Type 2D Optical Mounts are designed for adjusting mirror angles. There are two structural types: one with a plain through-hole (no thread), where the optical element is secured using nylon-tipped set screws; the other with SM internal threading, where the optical element is fixed with two external-thread retaining rings. Models AMM-05A and AMMC-05B use two M5×0.25 adjustment screws to provide ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment. Models AMM-05B and AMM-05B-SP use two M6×0.25 adjustment screws for ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment. The ends of these adjustment screws feature internal hex sockets, allowing adjustment with a 2 mm hex wrench. Other mounts in this series use two M6×0.25 adjusters to provide ±4° or ±3° pitch and yaw adjustment. These adjusters are fitted with knurled knobs for manual operation. The base of the mounts includes two M4 countersunk or threaded holes, while models AMM-2A and AMM-2B feature six M4 countersunk holes. The AMM-05B-SP model includes a Ø4.2 mm through-hole for connection to optical posts.
LBTEK B-Type Standard O-Type Optical Mounts feature a plain through-hole (no threading), where optical elements are secured with set screws. Models AMM-1B and AMM-2B have two M4 countersunk holes at the base, AMM-05B has two M4 threaded through-holes, and AMM-05B-SP has two Ø4.2 mm through-holes for connecting to optical posts. For post mounting, AMM-05B connects via M4 threaded holes, while AMM-05B-SP connects via Ø4.2 mm through-holes. When the mounted component is non-rotatable, tightening these connections allows easier control of the mount orientation. Models AMM-05B and AMM-05B-SP use two M6×0.25 adjustment screws to provide ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment. Models AMM-1B and AMM-30B use two M6×0.25 adjusters to provide ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment. Model AMM-2B uses two M6×0.25 adjusters to provide ±43° pitch and yaw adjustment. LBTEK also offers customized large-aperture O-Type mounts for optical elements ranging from 3 inches to 8 inches in diameter, available upon request through technical support.
