LBTEK Rectangular Optical Mounts are available in both 2D and 3D adjustment versions, commonly used for mounting rectangular optical elements such as 0.5-inch and 1-inch components with a height of up to 30 mm. They provide an angular adjustment range of ±4°. The base features both M4 countersunk holes and Ø4.2 mm through-holes, allowing for left- or right-handed installation. Compared with LBTEK’s standard O-type 2D Optical Mounts (AMM-XX series), the rectangular mounts feature a thicker back plate, offering enhanced stability. Angle adjustment is achieved through precision screw pairs with M5×0.25 or M6×0.25 threads.
LBTEK Precision Rectangular Optical Mount secures optical elements by adjusting screws that apply flexural deformation to a spring clip. The mount base is equipped with a Ø4.2 mm through-hole for right-handed installation, allowing connection to optical posts. The minimum optical element thickness supported is 3.0 mm. The mount is fitted with two precision adjustment screw pairs, M5×0.25-14. Each purchase of the LBTEK Precision Optical Mount 0.5-inch series includes one 2.0 mm hex wrench and one M4 thin-head hex socket screw.
