LBTEK offers both fixed and adjustable 45-degree mounts, enabling 90-degree beam deflection. The 45° fixed mounts are available in three standard sizes: Ø12.7 mm, Ø25.4 mm, and Ø50.8 mm. In addition, mounts for elliptical optics (long axis 35.9 mm, short axis 25.4 mm) and off-axis parabolic mirrors are also available. The fixed mounts are compatible with standard O-type mirror mounts, while the cage system 45-degree mounting mounts are compatible with 30 mm and 60 mm cage systems.
LBTEK Cage System Right-Angle Mirror Mount is designed for mounting elliptical mirrors at 45°, compatible with 60 mm cage systems, and ideal for building compact optical setups. Both the input and output faces feature an SM2-threaded hole, supporting SM2 lens tubes. The slanted surface accommodates elliptical optical elements with dimensions of 71.8 mm (major axis) × 50.8 mm (minor axis) × 12 mm (thickness). The optical element is secured using a combination of side nylon-tipped set screws and arm-mounted nylon-tipped screws (screw depth should be adjusted according to the element thickness). The mount comes with three adjusters, enabling ±3° pitch and tilt adjustment as well as ±3 mm linear translation. The input and output faces are mutually perpendicular, with through-holes for Ø6 mm cage rod connections. Additionally, M6 and M4 threaded holes on the sides allow installation onto optical posts.
