The LBTEK edgeless optical adjustment mount is designed for holding optical elements with diameters of 12.7 mm, 25.4 mm, and 50.8 mm, and can be installed in either left- or right-handed configurations. Optical elements are secured using nylon-tipped setscrews. The AMM3 series provides an angular adjustment range of ±4°, with a thicker back plate compared to LBTEK’s standard two-axis mounts, offering greater stability. It is equipped with three precision screw adjusters, with threaded bushings featuring a clamp-lock design; the locking screw can be tightened with a 2.0 mm hex key. The ACMM series provides an angular adjustment range of ±5° and allows quick replacement of adjusters to accommodate various adjustment screws, micrometers, and motorized actuators.
The LBTEK edgeless optical adjustment mount, side-clamp type, is designed for installing Ø12.7 mm optical elements. The element is inserted from the rear plate into the front plate’s smooth-bore aperture and secured with a nylon-tipped side screw. Each mount includes one M4 threaded hole on either the side or the bottom. With the purchase of the LBTEK 0.5-inch edgeless optical adjustment mount, one 2.0 mm hex key is supplied.
