The LBTEK edgeless optical adjustment mount is designed for holding optical elements with diameters of 12.7 mm, 25.4 mm, and 50.8 mm, and can be installed in either left- or right-handed configurations. Optical elements are secured using nylon-tipped setscrews. The AMM3 series provides an angular adjustment range of ±4°, with a thicker back plate compared to LBTEK’s standard two-axis mounts, offering greater stability. It is equipped with three precision screw adjusters, with threaded bushings featuring a clamp-lock design; the locking screw can be tightened with a 2.0 mm hex key. The ACMM series provides an angular adjustment range of ±5° and allows quick replacement of adjusters to accommodate various adjustment screws, micrometers, and motorized actuators.
The LBTEK edgeless corner optical adjustment mount allows tilting of the optical element by adjusting two adjacent actuators without translating its surface. By positioning the optical element’s center at the corner where the actuator axes intersect and adjusting the two adjacent actuators equally, the element can move in any desired direction. This series of mounts supports quick replacement of actuators to accommodate various adjustment screws, micrometers, and motorized actuators. Convenient clearance mounting holes on both sides are compatible with M4 screws, enabling faster, more precise, and more secure installation. Each mount also includes one M4 threaded hole on either the side or bottom. Every LBTEK edgeless corner optical adjustment mount is supplied with a 2.0 mm hex key.
