The LBTEK multi-axis optical adjustment mount provides precise positioning across multiple dimensions. Precision screw drives with knobs ensure smooth adjustment and high sensitivity. The zero-backlash XY adjustment mechanism enables long-term stable and accurate positioning. Each adjustment axis is equipped with an independent locking screw, allowing axes to be locked individually without mutual interference. The mount can be used to hold optical lenses, objectives, or other types of optical components as required. A side-mounted installation plate is included, which can be attached to either side of the mount. The plate features slots for mounting onto an optical table, providing flexible installation options. Additionally, threaded holes on the base allow post mounting, enabling convenient adjustment of optical axis height and orientation.
The LBTEK five-axis optical adjustment mount provides precise positioning in five degrees of freedom. The central aperture of the mount is threaded and comes with a knurled threaded adapter, allowing it to accommodate optical lenses, objectives, or other types of optical components as needed. Both the threaded adapter and the central aperture of the mount (except for the UAMM5-05A) are supplied with matching retaining rings. The UAMM5-05A five-axis optical adjustment mount is equipped with an SM05-threaded adapter and supplied with one SM05R retaining ring, suitable for installing Ø12.7 mm optical elements. The UAMM5-1A five-axis optical adjustment mount is equipped with an SM1-threaded adapter and supplied with one SM1R retaining ring, suitable for installing Ø25.4 mm optical elements. Its central aperture has M36×1 threading and includes two M36×1 retaining rings. The UAMM5-2A five-axis optical adjustment mount is equipped with an SM1.5-threaded adapter and supplied with one SM1.5R retaining ring, suitable for installing Ø38.1 mm optical elements. Its central aperture has SM2 threading and includes two SM2R retaining rings, allowing the installation of Ø50.8 mm optical elements.
