The LBTEK six-axis optical adjustment mount (industrial grade) allows translation along three axes, pitch/yaw adjustment, and 360° rotation. Each adjustment axis can be locked to enhance mount stability. The mounting port features an SM1-threaded aperture for installing optical elements or SM1-threaded components. The AMM6-1AS mount includes four M3 threaded holes on the rotation ring for attaching the AMM6P prism mounting accessory. The rear plate is equipped with four M4 countersunk holes, enabling posts to be mounted on the AMM6-1AS for either left- or right-handed operation. Six rigid return springs are integrated to improve resistance against shock and vibration.
The LBTEK six-axis optical adjustment mount (industrial grade) features an SM1 internal-threaded port and comes with one SM1R retaining ring, allowing the installation of Ø25.4 mm optical elements up to 15.8 mm thick. It provides adjustment along six axes (XYZ translation, pitch, yaw, and 360° rotation), with all axes lockable. The AMM6-1AS model is equipped with three M6 and two M5 precision adjustment screws, with threaded bushings that incorporate a locking mechanism. The 360° rotation axis is also lockable. Locking screws can be secured using 2.0 mm and 1.5 mm hex keys. Six high-strength rigid return springs are integrated to enhance resistance against shock and vibration. Each LBTEK six-axis optical adjustment mount (industrial grade) is supplied with one 2.0 mm hex key, one 1.5 mm hex key, and two M4 socket head cap screws.
