LBTEK Fixed Optical Component Mount is designed for optical setups where angular adjustment of the component is not required. It accommodates Ø12.7 mm or Ø25.4 mm optical components, which are secured with flexure plates and fixing screws. The mount is made of heat-treated 316L stainless steel with a low thermal expansion coefficient, ensuring long-term stability. The base includes an M4 threaded mounting hole, allowing connection to Ø12.7 mm or Ø25 mm stainless steel optical posts.
LBTEK Fixed Stainless Steel Optical Mount is designed for holding Ø12.7 mm or Ø25.4 mm optical components. The mount features an open-slot design at the optical component seat, which increases the clear aperture. This design is particularly suitable for mounting beamsplitters at a 45° incidence angle, but it can also be used for mirrors. Optical components are secured with flexure plates and fixing screws, ensuring stable and reliable mounting. Both mounts support optics with a minimum thickness of 2 mm. The MT-FLF1S version provides a clear aperture of 23 mm with an optical center height of 19 mm from the mount base, while the MT-FLF05S version offers a clear aperture of 11.5 mm with an optical center height of 12.7 mm. The base of the mount includes an M4 threaded hole, allowing connection to Ø12.7 mm or Ø25 mm optical posts.
