LBTEK 1-inch MT High-Stability Series Optical Mount offers superior long-term alignment stability compared to standard optical mounts and is designed for holding Ø25.4 mm optical components. It supports both left- and right-handed installation. Optical components can be secured either by flexure plates with fixing screws or by retaining rings.
Equipped with M6×0.25 precision adjusters, the mount provides an angular adjustment range of ±4° or ±7°. For adjustment of MT series stainless steel optical mounts, LBTEK also offers a range of compatible accessories that can be optionally selected by users, providing greater convenience and flexibility in operation and enabling the mounts to meet a wider variety of application scenarios.
LBTEK 1-inch Stainless Steel Mirror Mount is designed for holding Ø25.4 mm optical components. The optics are secured with flexure plates and fixing screws, supporting a minimum thickness of 2 mm. The mount is equipped with M6×0.25 side-hole precision adjusters for pitch and yaw adjustment, offering multiple adjustment methods: (1) directly with a 2.0 mm hex wrench at the end of the adjuster; (2) with the MT-SHR1 side-hole adjustment wrench; (3) by attaching the MT-HWS1 detachable knob; or (4) by using the HWS-2 hex knob for fine adjustment. Users may also choose to add the MT-LN1 locking nut to increase adjuster locking capability as required. The mount body includes M4 countersunk mounting holes. Each mount comes with two M4 low-profile hex socket screws and one 2.0 mm hex key. Additionally, the MT-AM1S6 version includes two locking nuts, while the MT-AM1S2 version includes three locking nuts.
