LBTEK Quartz Beam-Splitting DOE is a diffractive optical element fabricated from UV fused silica. It achieves the desired beam-splitting effect by distributing energy into specific diffraction orders. The phase structure is designed according to the required splitting pattern, spot spacing, or beam separation angle, based on diffractive optics principles, and is realized through a surface relief fabrication process.
With advantages such as high splitting uniformity and precise separation angle, the quartz beam-splitting DOE is ideal for applications including parallel laser processing, optical sensing and detection, biomedical applications, and laser aesthetics. Compared with liquid crystal polymer, UV fused silica offers lower absorption, making it more compatible with ultraviolet applications. LBTEK provides standard quartz beam-splitting DOEs with an operating wavelength of 355 nm and beam-splitting modes of 1×2 and 2×2.
LBTEK Quartz Beam-Splitting DOE is fabricated from UV fused silica using a surface relief process and enables 1×2 and 2×2 beam-splitting effects. The standard quartz beam-splitting DOE has a clear aperture of 15 × 15 mm and is mounted in a 1-inch mechanical housing. The housing surface is engraved with the product model, and unless otherwise specified, the engraved side is recommended as the incident surface, providing guidance for convenient installation and alignment.
