LBTEK compact mercury-argon calibration light sources are designed for wavelength calibration of UV-VIS-NIR spectrometers. Operating in the 253–1100 nm range, these lamps provide stable characteristic spectral lines. The main mercury and argon lines, along with their relative intensities, are printed on the instrument housing for convenient reference.
Equipped with a standard SMA905 output connector, the mercury-argon calibration light source can be coupled with a large-core optical fiber to achieve fast and accurate wavelength calibration of fiber optic spectrometers.
