The optical density (OD) of LBTEK absorptive neutral density attenuators with an 1100–1700 nm anti-reflection (AR) coating ranges from 0.1 to 4.0. The AR coating effectively reduces reflected optical power. These attenuators are circular with a diameter of Ø25.4 mm, and their thickness depends on the material and optical density (OD). The Ø25.4 mm version can be mounted on threaded sleeves or on a 30 mm coaxial mounting plate (OPM-12.5BS) for use within LBTEK’s coaxial systems. Additional opto-mechanical mounting options are also available.
The optical density (OD) of LBTEK absorptive neutral density attenuators ranges from 0.1 to 4.0, with a size of 1 inch and an 1100–1700 nm anti-reflection (AR) coating. The MNDFA series absorptive neutral density attenuators are pre-mounted in removable standard lens sleeves, with product model, operating wavelength, and OD value engraved on the housing for easy identification. Note: The thickness of absorptive neutral density filters is for reference only; the actual thickness depends on the optical density of the specific glass batch used.
