The LBTEK Rochon Prism is a polarization device made by bonding two negative uniaxial crystals (calcite or α-BBO) with mutually perpendicular optical axes, using adhesive or optical bonding technology. When natural light is incident, the prism produces two beams of linearly polarized light with orthogonal polarization directions and a certain separation angle at the prism's transmission end.
