The CM-3R is commonly used for directly mounting LBTEK standard size 36 mm × 25 mm rectangular dichroic mirrors, with a maximum installation size of 42 mm × 30 mm and a maximum thickness of 3 mm. The cube structure effectively protects the optical element.
The base features an M4 threaded hole for connection with Ø12.7 mm stainless steel optical posts. The M3 threaded holes around the cube make it compatible with the 30 mm coaxial system, while the four SM1 threaded holes allow for integration with the lens tube series. Additionally, the four pins on the sides of the cube enable interconnecting multiple cubes using the coaxial cube connector CMC.
