Wedge-drive structure enabling right-angle transmission with 1:1 travel ratio
The LBTEK CT-5Z Cage Plate Z-Axis Translator is designed for use with OPM series cage plates as well as other compatible cage components. Featuring a wedge-drive structure, it enables right-angle motion transfer with a 1:1 travel ratio, ensuring smooth adjustment without interfering with the cage rods. The translator provides a 5 mm travel range with a micrometer resolution of 10 µm. Two springs are included for resetting the translated cage plate.
Four flexure cage holes are secured with set screws, adjustable via a 1.5 mm hex wrench, offering efficient and convenient operation.
Note: Since this product uses a flexure clip-in design, the flexure arms must be inserted into the cage structure before tightening the screws. Locking the screws outside the cage system may deform the flexure arms and reduce the cage hole size.
