The 1030 nm plate beamsplitter is a high-performance optical component specifically designed for Yb-doped ultrafast laser systems. Built on ultra-precise surface flatness processing and multilayer dielectric coatings, this beamsplitter delivers excellent reflection and transmission control at 1030 nm. It precisely separates the incident laser beam according to preset ratios, effectively adjusting the optical path and optimizing intracavity gain distribution.
In high-power Yb femtosecond lasers, this beamsplitter is often used as an intracavity reflector, providing the following advantages:
· Temporal Fidelity:With strict control of group delay dispersion (GDD < 5 fs²), the beamsplitter preserves the original structure of sub-100 fs pulses to the greatest extent.
· High Power Handling:Using UV-fused silica substrates with dielectric coatings, it ensures long-term stable operation under high average power (>50 W) and high peak power (>1 GW/cm²) conditions. The laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) reaches >2 J/cm².
· Adjustable Reflectivity:The reflection/transmission ratio can be widely adjusted (R > 95%–5% selectable), supporting diverse laser design configurations.
The 1030 nm plate beamsplitter is widely used in intracavity optical design of high-power Yb femtosecond lasers, energy distribution in laser processing, multi-beam synchronization, and signal analysis. Whether for micro/nanofabrication, material surface modification, nonlinear optics experiments, or ultrafast spectroscopy, it provides outstanding beam splitting and transmission performance.
Notes:For optimal performance, store and use at 25 °C and 40%–60% relative humidity. If contamination occurs on the coated surface, gently clean with >99% isopropyl alcohol and lint-free lens tissue. Avoid using rough fabrics, water, or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the coatings.
