The LBTEK 25 mm aluminum profile rail is designed for building compact three-dimensional structures. All four sides of the rail feature guide slots, allowing integration with related profile accessories and mechanical components for sliding installations. When combined with structural cubes, it can be used to assemble basic enclosures. Black hard panels can be inserted into enclosure systems built with TC-1B to block unwanted light. Rail connectors allow extension of existing aluminum profile rails, while T-slot nuts can be used with other basic components to enable translation and locking within the rail.
The LBTEK 25 mm aluminum profile rail is designed for constructing compact three-dimensional structures. All four sides of the rail feature guide slots, allowing integration with related profile accessories and mechanical components, enabling them to slide along the rail. For example, rectangular nuts can be used to mount mechanical components with M6 or M4 through holes onto the rail. In addition, the rail can be assembled with black panels, breadboards, and profile accessories to form an enclosure that surrounds and protects the optical system.
