LBTEK offers seven types of mounting bases, all with a universal design compatible with both imperial and metric breadboards, posts, and post holders. For PB-1 to PB-4, the M6 socket head cap screws pass through the countersunk mounting holes at the bottom and can be connected to post holders. Using M6 socket head cap screws with washers, the bases can be fixed at any position along the linear slots. By loosening the screws, the base can be translated along the slot for coarse adjustment of position or rotated around the screw for coarse adjustment of installation angle. PB-5 adopts a universal structure design, suitable for mounting various products. UBPH can be assembled with standard post holders, and its bottom fork block can rotate 360°, featuring an M6 mounting slot. DMP-×× translation stage mounting bases are designed for stages with platform sizes of 40 mm × 40 mm, 65 mm × 65 mm, and 90 mm × 90 mm.
The LBTEK translation stage mounting base plates are designed for stages with platform sizes of 40 mm × 40 mm, 65 mm × 65 mm, and 90 mm × 90 mm. Made of stainless steel, they provide excellent rigidity. The bases include M3 or M6 threaded holes for securely mounting the stages. Two M6 countersunk slots are located on both sides of the base, with spacing proportional to the threaded hole intervals, allowing the base to be parallel-locked onto optical tables or breadboards using M6 socket head cap screws. M3 and M6 mounting screws are included with purchase.
