The LBTEK Ø6 mm Optical Post Holder comes in two types: the Ø6 mm Optical Post Holder (MPH05-xxBx series) and the Ø6 mm Flexible Optical Post Holder (FPH05-xx series). The main difference between the two is that the Ø6 mm Optical Post Holder features an aluminum screw with an internal hexagonal knurling and a base that can rotate 360°, while the Ø6 mm Flexible Optical Post Holder comes with a 360° rotatable flexible clamp, and the base has an M8×0.5 thread, which can be used with the LBTEK PRA1 base.
Both types of post holders have a hollow base that allows the Ø6 mm post to be placed on an optical platform, enabling the maximum possible height adjustment range. The grooves on the inner walls of the base create dual contact with the post, preventing any slippage. Additionally, the Ø6 mm Optical Post Holder offers M3 (MPH05-xxB3 series) and M6 (MPH05-xxB6 series) installation slot options. The Ø6 mm Flexible Optical Post Holder can be paired with a mini clamp to be securely mounted on a breadboard.
The Ø6 mm post holder provided by LBTEK features a countersunk slot with an M3 cylindrical head screw and a rotating base that allows for 360° rotation, providing maximum flexibility for mounting components on the optical platform. For height adjustment, the base of the holder includes a through hole, allowing the post to pass completely through to the bottom of the holder, ensuring the minimum beam height requirement is met.
