The LBTEK Mini Fork Clamp is designed to hold optical components with a clamping diameter of Ø14.2 mm. It is typically used in combination with Ø12 mm optical posts with bases or Ø6 mm flexible rod holders. The three-point contact structure provides strong gripping force, while the integrated design ensures excellent rigidity. The PHA-16B3 and PHA-16B4 are made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish, while the PHA-16S is made from precipitation-hardened 316L stainless steel to provide uniform clamping force.
These fork clamps are compatible with M3, M4, and M6 hex socket cap screws for securing optical posts or rod holders. The keyhole length is 16 mm, and the clamps can rotate 360° around the base, allowing easy selection of the correct mounting hole. Each fork clamp features a bottom surface with a spacer, providing added stability when securing optical posts or rod holders.
